David Constantine

 

Our chef and Impassion owner, David, qualified as a chef firstly at the Menzies and then at Sheraton On the Park in Sydney. Enjoying a successful tenure at the Sheraton for many years after qualifying, David was then invited to work as an in-house chef at Clayton Utz before leaving Australia to work in several 5-star restaurants in Canada and Europe.

Returning home, David opened his first restaurant Possum Fruits in The Oaks village which was an outstanding success - bringing a 5-star dining experience to a beautiful rural setting.

David and his talented team of chefs are passionate about food and take pride in and enjoy the experience of creating a memorable fine dining experience and welcome you to Impassion
